We offer a fully customisable service that allows you to choose your material, cut it to the required size and shape, and digitally print your artwork onto the surface. Our digital printing service is ideal for both residential and commercial projects and with our extensive range of materials, signage can be displayed in both internal and external environments. Whether you require a large construction site aluminium hoarding board or acrylic signs for an event: we have the resources and expertise to help.
Almost all of our products can be digitally printed but only white substrates are available for digital print through the web. If you want a digital print on any other colours or material, please get in touch for a quote as the process differs depending on varying levels of adhesion.

To maximise our digital printing capabilities, we have heavily invested in the latest technology with a SwissQprint Impala 3. The flatbed printer has a maximum print area of 2500mm x 2000mm (including bleed) and can digitally print full-colour graphics. Its sophisticated properties exceed all creative requirements and has the ability to create 3D effects. An added bonus is that the printer also achieves great things with the smallest possible footprint with its environmentally friendly features.

Materials that you can automatically add digital print on through the website is: White Acrylic, White Dibond ACM, White Foamex, White High Impact Polystyrene and White Correx.
We can print on all of our other materials but please get in touch for a quote as the process differs depending on varying levels of adhesion.
Yes you can but you can not purchase these through the website. Only white substrates are available to purchase through the web. Please get in touch with our sales team for a quotation and more information.
This can all be done online. First you need to choose your material, shape, size and if you want any extras. Then you will be able to choose whether you want to add digital print, just simply click yes and upload your image.
If you do require an alterative material colour this will have to be quoted for – please get in touch with our sales team for more information.
Yes we do – volume discount is automatically applied on the product page when you increase the number of units required.

Yes the lead time will be extended as print ready artwork needs to be approved by both our design team and the customer first. Orders will be despatched 5 – 7 working days from when the artwork has been approved.
At Cut Plastic Sheeting we can cut material to your required size and add your specific graphic. This allows you to get ready to use material that is unique to your company, in a hassle free way. Here are some suggestions on how you can use printed material:
- Brushed Aluminium Composite Panels are ideal for external messages such as Hoarding Boards
- Correx boards is a popular material for Estate Agents to display their signs for available properties
- Acrylic sheeting is perfect for branded point-of-sale purposes
- Polycarbonate is a strong material so it’s great for any signage required in a tough environment
- Foamex is widely used for Exhibition Display Panels
Artwork
Artwork should either be supplied as:
Vectors PDF / .eps /.ai – All fonts must be outline and all images must be embedded.
Or
.jpg / .png /.psd – All image resolutions must be between 150 – 300 dpi.
Artwork needs to be supplied in a ready to use file with the exact style, colours and position you require. All fonts must be outlined and all images must be embedded.

All artwork files must be supplied in CMYK, not RGB.
Yes, you will be emailed a print ready proof which shows the custom sized sheet and your digital print. We will manufacture your order exactly how it is approved.
