The below rates are for standard UK postcodes. The total cost of delivery for your order will be shown before you submit your credit card details, or confirm your order.
Please Note: Some postcodes (e.g. Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands, N Ireland) incur excess shipping charges and we reserve the right to request this from our customers before shipment. Should you decide you do not want to incur this additional cost, you may cancel your order with no costs being incurred.

*For orders placed after 12pm (Midday), your order will be despatched in 4 – 7 working days. Please add an extra 1 working day for delivery.

All delivery deadlines are subject to stock availability – in the unlikely event that we cannot meet your delivery expectations, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. If you are unhappy with what we can offer then you are entitled to a full refund no questions asked.

If you wish to collect your order in person from our premises in Devon, there is an option to do so during the checkout process. All orders collected in person will not incur a delivery charge.

We take great care to package all items and have an exceptionally low breakage rate.
Where necessary, larger orders may arrive on a pallet to avoid damage.
We use two couriers, and which one your order arrives with will depend on how big your order is. For any order under 1m x 1m, we use DPD. For any orders over 1m x 1m, we will use DX.
Yes, both our couriers will require a signature upon delivery.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified period, we shall make every effort to contact you and inform you of the expected delivery date for your order. If we cannot agree a delivery date with you, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund for it.
